At Monli (formerly Knotty Pawz), your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your rope toy when it arrives, we’re happy to accept a return for a refund or offer an exchange.

Final Sale

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Returns (Refund Eligibility)

To be eligible for a return/refund, items must be:

  • Unused, in new condition, and resellable

  • Original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

MONLI reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with this policy.

Refund Processing

  • Please allow 2–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

  • If your order was purchased in a foreign currency (excluding EUR), your refund will be issued in the same currency. The exchange rate will be based on the date Monli authorizes the refund.

Exchanges

You may choose to exchange your product instead of receiving a refund.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order details and the item you’d like to exchange for.

If you request to exchange multiple products from the same order, you may need to wait 1–5 business days before submitting another exchange request.

Return Shipping

  • Monli does not provide return postage.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service.

  • Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • The reason for return

  • Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
