Order Processing:
Upon placing an order, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. If your order includes any pre-order or back-order items, it will be shipped as soon as those items become available. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and during peak holiday seasons, we kindly ask for your understanding as processing may require a few extra days.
Delivery Estimates:
Please note that all delivery dates are estimates. We utilize trusted third-party carriers, such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS, for shipping. Keep in mind that we do not ship on non-business days or bank holidays. Additionally, there may be a delay of 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update tracking information.

Route Protection:
In the rare event of order issues for packages presumed lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered" or has exceeded the estimated delivery date by 48 hours), you must file a claim within 30 days from the last tracking checkpoint.
Duties and Taxes for International Orders:
Please be aware that the amount you paid for your order does not include any import duties and taxes that may be imposed by your local customs office. These charges are determined and collected by your customs authorities and are outside of our control. It is your responsibility to settle any local import duties.
